We have been retained by our growing client in Dallas needing to hire a senior Python developer, on a contract to hire basis, or a direct hire basis, who might lead a small team. This healthcare industry client is involved in providing innovative solutions to track customers and to help customers navigate complex business processes. We are seeking a motivated Python developer with an affinity for working with Python web frameworks. The backend is SQL/Azure, however we need a solid web developer seeking leadership at a growing company. This is a CRM app being built with python and django, javascript, bootstrap, HTML, CSS. This innovative CRM app will perform complex business tasks processing, tasks and notes management, keeping all the internal processes and customer interactions very organized, in-line and keeping things happening on time.

We need a professional python developer candidate with some django skill or other python frameworks experience, flask or other, and an affinity for building this innovative CRM. Preference is someone who is seeking an opportunity to potentially lead three (3) fairly young Python engineers. django is a huge plus.

Employment Type: contract to hire or direct hire

Mon - Friday, 40 hours per week, onsite north Dallas client offices.

Hourly Rate: $60.00 to $75.00 / hour w-2 employment

the direct hire offer salary range and package is, if selected, medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, 3-weeks paid time off a year. the salary range budget is flexible, but $125,000/year salary is the mean / average of the salary range.

Location: north Dallas, Texas area
